A.M. Homes

A.M. Homes is the author of This Book Will Save Your Life (2006), Music for Torching (2000), Things You Should Know (2003), and The Safety of Objects (2003), among many other books. She has received numerous awards, including fellowships from the John Simon Guggenheim Foundation, the National Endowment for the Arts, and NYFA; the Benjamin Franklin Award; and the Deutscher Jugendliteraturpreis.

Homes is a contributor to Vanity Fair, BOMB, and other publications.

She currently lives in New York City.
