Sana Krasikov


Sana Krasikov is the author of the collection ONE MORE YEAR, which illuminated the lives of immigrants from across the terrain of a collapsed Soviet empire. It was named a finalist for the PEN/Hemingway Award and the NYPL Young Lions Fiction Prize, and received a National Book Foundation’s ‘5 under 35’ Award and The Sami Rohr Prize for Jewish Literature. Krasikov was born in Ukraine and grew up in former Soviet Georgia and New York. Her latest novel, THE PATRIOTS, explores the effects of the Cold War on three generations of an American family from the 1930s to the present.
