Elissa Schappell

Biography

Elissa Schappell is the author of two books of fiction, Use Me, runner up for the PEN Hemingway Award and Blueprints for Building Better Girls.  She is a Contributing Editor at Vanity Fair, former Senior Editor of The Paris Review and a Founding-editor, now Editor-at-Large of Tin House. She teaches in the MFA Fiction Writing Program at Columbia.
