Michael F. Moore


Michael F. Moore is a translator and interpreter from the Italian. His most recent translations include Lost Words, by Nicola Gardini, The Drowned and the Saved, by Primo Levi, and Agostino, by Alberto Moravia. He is currently working on a new translation of the 19th-century classic, The Betrothed, by Alessandro Manzoni, for which he was awarded an NEA grant and a Rockefeller Center fellowship.
