Viet Thanh Nguyen


Viet Thanh Nguyen is the author of The Sympathizer, which won the 2016 Pulitzer Prize for Fiction. His other works include the short-story collection The Refugees, and the nonfiction books Nothing Ever Dies and Race and Resistance. The Aerol Arnold Professor of English and American Studies and Ethnicity at the University of Southern California, Nguyen lives in Los Angeles.
